"Fair trade-in, but the wait was on them"
Traded in a few old games the price they gave me was fair. Once the staff actually got to me, they sorted everything out quickly. The only annoying bit was the wait beforehand, which felt like it was mostly down to the person at the counter taking ages with the queue.

Payment went through without any hassle, so I’m happy with it. If paying is smooth, I usually take that as a good sign for the whole thing, even if that’s probably not the most logical way to judge it.

I had to cancel my order after realizing I’d picked the wrong item, which annoyed me because I have zero patience for faffing around with customer service stuff. I expected it to be a pain, but it was sorted quickly. Got the confirmation email, and the refund was started without me having to chase anyone. Nice and easy, no stress. I ordered a game, and it showed up exactly on the day they said it would. No hassle, no messing about, and the tracking was easy to follow. It was packed fine too, so yeah, I’m happy with it, to be honest.

Ordered a preowned game it showed up in really good condition. The case was totally fine and the disc had barely any marks on it at all. It worked straight away too, which was great. Happy with it overall, no complaints from me.

The box arrived a bit squashed, which wasn’t ideal, but I’m not too bothered since the game itself was completely fine. I mainly bought it to play, not to keep the packaging perfect, so I’m happy enough with it.

"Gift card worked in the end"
I used a GAME gift card along with some store credit online, and I was a bit unsure at first because I couldn’t immediately see where to add it at checkout. Once I found the right spot, it was straightforward. It took a minute to load, which made me wonder if it had gone through, but thankfully it all worked fine in the end. The order went through with no issues, so that was a relief. It could just be a little clearer during checkout.

I had a mostly good experience using the site. A few of the games I really wanted ended up being out of stock, which was a little disappointing, but I was still able to find other things easily. The site itself was simple enough to use and didn’t give me any major issues. I just think it would be fair to customers if the availability was kept a bit more up to date, so people don’t get their hopes up for something that isn’t actually there. Overall, not bad

I did end up getting my refund, so that's something, but wow, it took way longer than it should have. I had to wait around and keep checking, which was frustrating. Glad it’s finally sorted, but the whole process was a hassle

Bottom line, my GAME membership has definitely paid off. I’ve had it for ages, and since I shop there regularly, the points have built up without me really thinking about it. They’ve knocked a bit off a few new releases too, which is always a nice bonus.

I pre-ordered a game from game.co.uk and, to be fair, it arrived right on release day, which was great. I got the update emails along the way and delivery was totally straightforward, no drama at all. I was pleased with it, though I was half expecting something to go wrong for no reason. But yeah, all fine in the end and I’d probably pre-order from them again...

I’ve bought a few games from GAME and overall it’s been a good experience. Their prices are usually fair, especially when there’s a sale on, and the trade-in deals can make new games a bit easier to justify. That said, some new releases are still cheaper at places like Amazon or other online retailers, so I usually check around before buying. Delivery was fine and everything arrived as expected. Decent value overall, just not always the cheapest option

The shop itself seemed fine, but when I got to checkout it felt like they were pushing a lot of add-ons and extras. I only went once, so maybe I just caught it on an off day, but it was a little much for me.

"My GAME online account is mostly..."
My GAME online account is mostly fine and it does what I need, but it can be bit clunky sometimes. Logging in feels slow now and then, and changing my details took me few tries before it actually worked. Orders show up properly once they go through, so it’s not like it’s terrible. Just feels like account area could use tidy up. Not bad, not great.
